The primary goal of the Architechs on our IT Management team is to architech a more effective strategy for managing our customer’s investment in IT (staff, equipment, services, and software).
Many of our customers leverage us in a part-time role because they prefer access to a team of experts on a contracted, part-time basis rather than having to hire one full-time employee. Our customers have determined that they can get better value from our services for the same amount of money that they would spend on a full-time resource.
Some of the skills we provide as a part-time IT Manager are as follows:
- Create a communication strategy to effectively work with the business stakeholders.
- Create an IT strategy that aligns with the needs of the business stakeholders and leverages the latest in emerging technologies.
- Create accountability within the IT staff and vendors.
