Dwayne Worley - President

Dwayne founded IT Architechs in January of 2005. Dwayne brings to the IT Architechs team his 18+ years of experience in running a company, in selling custom IT solutions, and in delivering custom IT solutions. Most recently, Dwayne worked for Avanade (a company owned by Microsoft and Accenture) and managed some of the largest accounts in the St. Louis market.

Through his close relationships with Microsoft over the years, Dwayne brings his knowledge of the increase in information worker productivity that can be achieved via the functionality and level of integration that exists on the Microsoft platform.

Through his close relationships with Accenture and his past responsibilities of managing large accounts, he also brings his knowledge and appreciation for the rigor required to deliver custom IT projects on-time and on-budget.

Prior to Avanade, Dwayne held numerous roles in the IT industry, including President of a firm that employed 70+ IT consultants; Business Development; Project Management; and Technical Architect.

When he is not spending time with employees or customers, he enjoys volunteering as a Boy Scout leader, a coach of multiple sports for his children, a trustee for his subdivision, and a committee member on the Columbia (Illinois) Planning Commission. He also enjoys finding time to get some exercise on the basketball court.
