After our customers have leveraged our Architechure Services for IT Infrastructure , our team works with that customer to determine if the day-to-day operations should be handled internally or externally. If our customer concludes that their internal team is not the most cost-effective and scaleable solution, our Architechs work with the customer to structure a resource plan, time-commitment schedule, and service level agreement (SLA) to begin our management of the on-going, day-to-day operations of their network.
Typically our ManagedTech Services for IT Infrastructure agreements consist of the following responsibilities:
- Proactively monitoring the network from an off-site PC to ensure the network throughput and capacity is performing at or near the original baseline.
- Proactively monitoring the network from an off-site PC to ensure no security breaches have occurred across the network.
- Proactively monitoring the network from an off-site PC to ensure backup procedures are performing as expected.
- Proactively monitoring the network from an off-site PC to ensure there are no alarming number of failures within the disk-drives.
- Proactively monitoring the network from an off-site PC to ensure the appropriate patches are being installed on the appropriate servers and PC’s.
- Performing scheduled maintenance tasks on different aspects of the network.
- Performing problem resolution on any issues that have been identified proactively and any unexpected issues that may occur.
