After our Architechs have designed a more effective way to manage a customer’s investment in IT via our Architechure Services for IT Management , they work with that customer to determine if the day-to-day IT management should be handled internally or externally. If our customer concludes that an internal resource is not the most cost-effective and scaleable solution, our Architechs work with the customer to structure a resource plan, time-commitment schedule, and service level agreement (SLA) to begin our management of their IT investments. The scope of the effort can consist of the infrastructure, the applications, or both.
Typically our ManagedTech Services for IT Management agreements consist of the following responsibilities:
- Ensure accountability within the IT staff and vendors.
- Perform on-going procurement of additional IT investments.
- Maintain alignment of initiatives between IT and the business.
- Keep the appropriate members of the management team abreast of the latest emerging technologies and how they may help the business.
