The first differentiator is the higher level of expertise (IT management, strategy, architechure, and maintenance) that we provide to our customers. Most of our competitors provide maintenance (break-fix) capabilities and some of them provide entry-level network and application architects. We take our commitment two steps further by providing to our customers a "one throat to choke" relationship for all technology needs.  We take full responsibility for all technology-related solutions, even new-office cabling, internet and voice providers, telephone systems, critical business applications, and much, much more.  Due to our experience with larger IT environments and the ever-decreasing cost of technology, we are able to deploy technology solutions that used to be available only to large companies.

The second differentiator is the proactive nature of how we address a long-term relationship with our customers. We are committed to engaging with our customers in a proactive manner instead of a "we'll be here when something breaks" arrangement. We would rather implement measures that prevent critical errors from impacting their business, rather than having to rely on fixing them after their business is already off-line.

Our Focus
The driving force behind the team at IT Architechs is our desire to architech information technology solutions for our clients. In order to ensure that we remain experts at what we do, we focus primarily on the Microsoft platform. Our close relationships with Microsoft allow us to integrate their expertise with ours in order to help our customers fully leverage their investment in the Microsoft platform.
