IT Architechs has partnered with Camp Rainbow, an organization supporting ages 2-20 undergoing treatment for cancer and other blood-related diseases or disorders.

The Camp Rainbow Foundation provides free camping experiences to children undergoing treatment.  IT Architechs volunteers to help support the mission of a nurturing environment providing campers and their families with space to create positive memories, build self-esteem, make new friends and experience relief from the everyday stresses caused by their illness.

“IT Architechs thoroughly enjoys going to the camps to volunteer.  Seeing all the smiles on the children’s faces keeps us coming back year after year,” says Dwayne Worley, owner of IT Architechs. “In addition to attending the camps, we enjoy volunteering our time throughout the year to ensure all of the technology the Camp Rainbow staff uses is effective in supporting the many volunteers and campers.”

The Camp Rainbow Foundation is a charity on the move. In the last five years, they have more than doubled the amount of children previously served. Camp Rainbow has served over 6200 children since camp began in 1988.

Until there is a cure, Camp Rainbow will continue to provide free camping experiences to children undergoing treatment for, and survivors of, cancer and other blood-related diseases.
